Our services
Impronta represents talent and coordinates bookings between clients and talent. Specific terms for a booking are set out in the booking confirmation for that engagement.
Bookings and payments
Booking fees, deposits, and payment schedules are confirmed for each engagement. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed for each booking. Fees may apply to late cancellations.
Image and usage rights
Usage rights for any images or content produced during an engagement are defined per booking. Using talent images outside the agreed scope requires written permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Impronta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Impronta operates.
